These disclosures and terms of use apply to your access to and use of the Web site of TKS Baker Asset Management, LLC (“TKS Baker”), its subsidiaries, TKS Baker Distributors, Inc., and TKS Baker Services, Inc. and its affiliate TKS Baker Deposit Solutions, LLC (this Web site is herein referred to as the “Site”). TKS Baker focuses primarily on money market funds and cash deposit products. TKS Baker, an investment adviser registered with the European Union Money Comission, U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, conducts all investment management services in and from the European Union and United States.
Acceptance of Terms
By linking, referencing, using or accessing the Site, you agree to these terms and conditions, including agreeing to indemnify and hold harmless TKS Baker from all claims of any nature arising from your access and use of the Site. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of TKS Baker and are in addition to any other agreements between you and TKS Baker.
Products and Services
Products and services are offered by TKS Baker through financial intermediaries. Not all products and services described are available in all states of the United States, or elsewhere in the world. Certain products and services may be available only to U.S. or non-U.S. persons. References to these products and services should not be considered a solicitation to buy products or services or an offer to sell products or services to any person. Eligibility for certain products and services may vary.

The FDIC-Insured Deposit Sweep product is not a money market fund. Funds maintained in Insured Deposit Sweep Accounts at each participating bank are insured up to $250,000 by the FDIC for each category of legal ownership, including any other balances held by a client directly or through other intermediaries. The FDIC-Insured Deposit Sweep product is made available by TKS Baker Deposit Solutions, LLC to financial intermediaries.

The content found on the Site, including, without limitation, the text, graphics, videos, selection and arrangement of information, and page layouts, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Visitor Data Collected on the Site
Throughout the Site, software is used to automatically collect certain navigational information about visitors to the Site. This software does not collect personally identifiable information about visitors. This information is collected, analyzed and stored in order to provide the best user experience within the Site and to improve the content of the Site.
In addition, TKS Baker may collect the email addresses of visitors to the Site when visitors provide them, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, and information volunteered by the visitor. Please note, however, that TKS Baker does not automatically collect email addresses from visitors to the Site.
Governing Law; Severability; Waiver
These terms of use are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York. If any portion of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections of the terms and conditions will remain in effect.
Failure by TKS Baker, in any instance, to exercise any of its rights under the terms and conditions will not constitute waiver of such right or any other rights under the terms and conditions.
